His professionalism and genuine care for guests made us feel like valued visitors, and his swift resolution of any issues showcased his dedication to ensuring a flawless experience. the efficient air conditioning provided a welcome escape from the Egyptian heat, allowing us to relax in comfort after a day of exploring nearby archaeological sites. the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the provision of ironing facilities, which came in handy for me as a business traveler needing to keep my attire crisp. the presence of a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle in the room made for a cozy evening unwinding with a cup of tea while catching up on the day's news. the property's convenient location near Donia Pastry and various cafes and restaurants allowed us to easily experience the local cuisine and culture, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.
